There are already a number of threads in the Meta and Reputation sections that have already discussed that issue at length and the consensus is to either mark all UID's with negative trust feedback for scamming or negatives for the two (or more) UID's that were found to be involved in the deception with neutral warnings on their alts.

So... Please don't clog up this thread with further discussions that have already been canvases in other threads.
