Maybe you should move this on Trading Discussion Board if you will insist the english language format for your thread. You will receive a good amount of reply and opinion there compared here in PH thread. Hotbit is a middle tier exchange that usually the first target of small project for CEX listing. I'm using it rarely since last and so far I don't encounter any issue using it.
