It sounds an over rated project for me. I have been visiting the site but it looks like this project was offering a tool to mitigate the attack but it's only cream finance and what about the hack that happened with poly network and the rest? If a smartcontract creator didn't have backdoor and it's quite impossible to return the hacked funds.

Supply doesn't matter but in my opinion this needs to be proven again. It's not easy to mitigate the attack and claimed to be a platform that was offering a tool that can freeze the funds. That's a non sense thing as it can only be done by the contract creator. 3rd party will never able to do that as it must be a backdoor that already created to prevent when attack happened.
