It's been more than a week. After several emails, chats with live support and messages here in this forum, I couldn't even get a word from 1xbit about my situation. My initial deposit of ~25 mBTC and balance of ~50 mBTC seem to be gone. I don't even know why. I can't login to my account, new password link doesn't work and they don't care about support requests.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Make your own research before you deposit your money into a shady bookie.
