Definitely new apps like that will be buggy. I too did not know why the app was removed from playstore, but the low rating is quite much.

Not necessary, you can decide to have it and accept eNaira payment only. But we should not think banks are excluded like I commented above. We should not be deceived, eNaira is fiat naira.
