yes,have to activate them to lvl3 in order to sell them,but not worth,because mne is on etherum network and every transaction fee cost is sky.cannot sell all 32.000 MNE at once,only,unlocked ones(2 mne every day).if upgrade today,than able to sell 60mne after 1 month,but transfer fee in etherum be more than profit from that 60mne,understand

recommend go into mnep,same as mne,but unlock 4 per day and in polygon network,where very low transation fee(under 0.01)
