It is not as simple as that. Lets make it clear about the free spin bonus and its terms step by step and example.

user create an account and get the free spins bonus
user play with the free spins and win some amount
the winning amount from the free spin is credited as bonus balance that cant be used to play
user need to deposit to complete the wager requirement if the user want to convert the bonus balance into real balance

Example: you win $50 from the free spins, means that the wager requirement is $50*30= $1500.
