The biggest problem is that in the past, 1xBit support has neglected Bitcointalk.org, which has built up a huge aversion.
I am also aware that the policy of not disclosing the details of violating the regulations does not help to improve the image.
However, I hope that this situation will change over time and that the community will change its mind. I know it won't be easy.
1xbit didn't neglect Bitcointalk. Instead, they got noticed by the community because of their wrongdoings which simply kept rising over time. This situation will never change since ity pretty much impossible for 1xbit to restore their reputation at this point.
Unfortunately, this type of review often lasts even up to 2-3 weeks, so you just need to be patient and you will receive an official answer.
