If paid out claims were to exceed dealer bond amount, then nothing would be left. As this is crypto and things vary by state, not how sure how or if this would work but wanted to share as it could be potentially helpful outright or peel back another layer or few.

Great idea, but I highly doubt Titan was bonded let alone registered with the local government.
Considering none of this is regulated, there would be nothing except for his registration with the state/fed. tax boards.
