affiliate bonus will unlock if a ref increase his level if he didn't increase his level it will stay lock.
But the bonus will not unlock at once it unlock level by level
eg: if your ref complete the first level by wagering it will unlock some USD
when he complete next level it will unlock again few USD
it works like this ref complete level then you will get ref bonus

Why do people use the affiliate to earn some commissions? They're can check my affiliate commissions are very small amount if I'm doing the affiliate bonus abuse my all bonus will get unlocked and my commission will get up to 1+ btc isn't it?
