BTW, OP posted another screenshot of bc.game support reply. Still it looks like they have suspended his account for the abuse of bonus with multiple accounts. Although OP saying that he has only one account. Looks like this issue has come here after a lot of discussion between OP and bc.game support. Perhaps, the casino team have enough information about this issue and they should reply here quickly. I just messaged bcgame support to get their response here.

Thank you for summoning me. Normally we prefer to keep BC.Game conversations on our relevant threads but exceptions can be made. This situation was unfortunate but BC.Game has to remain consistent with our terms of use. I won't be going into detail because that would violate player privacy but I can say that when a player makes a large deposit during our deposit bonus periods to fill up their locked BCD bonus amount and then immediately withdraws leaving their account with only the locked BCD, that in itself is bonus abuse. Then, to spend the next few months only collecting playable bonuses from everywhere possible to chip away at unlocking the ill gotten deposit bonus amount is adding insult to injury. I feel bad that the OP had his account locked because I don't believe he was being intentionally malicious or multi account bonus scamming. I think in his mind, he just unwittingly broke the rules thinking he found an innocent loophole in the system. Sometimes, when this happens, it can be a person or team of people intentionally registering for the sole purpose of scamming the casino. I am sure the OP doesn't fall into the category of a scammer. However, as I said in the opening of this reply, we must remain consistent and apply our terms to everyone no matter their intentions. I hope this helps to clarify.
