Following up on my problem I increased my ventilation with 2 of these:

It has solved my temperature problems.
I do notice the fans are running at max rpm but I am unsure if I should be concerned.
It is operating in a box with x2 - 6inch ducts (in and out, so x4).

The status seems fine so nothing to worry about the RPM unless if you want to reduce the noise and power consumption.
You can able to change the fan speed if you want you can follow the guide from mikeywith guide here but expect for temp increase.
