You must do that as fast as you can, i can tell you an example of how this thing works in gamefi. When you have been winning one from 500 tickets to participate in first come first served based sale or pre-sale and what you need to do to prepare more BNB to pay more fees to make your transaction will be accepted by the block as fast as possible. This will help you to swap your BUSD to the IDO token that already served to be bought by the community that was winning the lottery.
It doesn't mean the allocation will be based on how many people are winning the lottery but you must also compete with others by swapping your BUSD as fast as you can before the tokens get sold out.
