I checked his account status only muted not banned and he just created the account a few hours ago not enough a day. No game history at all. I think he has violated the chat rules on the site.

Nono, I've never spoken in chat. My original account was my original one but I deleted it and made a new one in hopes of bypassing the mute/ban. I've literally never in my life violated any chat rules, which I'm sure Devans is willing to admit. Disregarding if it's actually just a mute, I still want to be unmuted. I broke no rules.
