Their old site is not active anymore; try sending a PM to betnomi on this forum. They announced their new site some time ago, so there was time enough to withdraw your funds on the old site.
The new site doesn't seem so active, not a lot of activity, and a dead chat.

@babygun we are still working on the new platform, there is an issue with the chat where messages keep disappearing for this the chat seems dead.
we have a fix which we will push later today. The platform is relatively new and still rooting out bugs.
will take a few weeks to clean out most bugs. We are collecting feedback and improving them on a daily basis.
