actually mate it is not about reading TOS or something in similar , Yeah it is correct that violating rules will be able for banning or closure of accounts but what is asked above is disclosing the details of the said accused cheater.
because as long as the site is hiding from their privacy matter yet who will be truthful ? the one who's being accused of cheating or the site that is being accused of scamming? the issue is the same with all claimants so why not for once disclose their details and then everything will be answered .
and also it is not about bringing back the deposit , because if they can prove them being cheater , there is no way that they can claim their deposits , the company must hold even the deposit for a clear cheater but why giving the deposit?
