Hiding behind newly created accounts is of little use.
There is a reason your limits are such (because you are doing arbitrage) and it doesn't matter the amount you bet, arbitrage is arbitrage.
Your actions and intentions are what counts and not the amount and to be clear the reason your limits didn't change was you continue to do the same thing.
