there's my profile with all my posts. like i said, i rarely post at all and the last 2 posts to you guys outside of this thread was for an incorrectly graded wager and a deposit bonus (both before i knew how to contact support and when i thought that closed thread was your support system because of all the conversations happening there).

Thanks for the info. As promised, someone will be in contact ASAP. We do appreciate your patience with all that is going on with upgrades and reintroducing old features back onto the new platform - it's been quite the undertaking!

We will be renewing all the signatures that prove to be valuable, we just have to do it as time allows and right now we are extremely busy with our new platform rollout, upgrades, etc. and helping our players become comfortable with the changes and new features.
