I guess they need us to verify our account, which means doing KYC before we withdraw the funds. If that is right, that will not be good for members as some of us does not want to do KYC just to play gambling. Some members do not want to send any document to a third party that we do not know with the right.

Maybe they need to explain more details about the KYC and the TOS to know if they really require KYC from their members. If that so, I do not think that many people will use that site to gamble.
