that's a scam token. The developers preventing or locking the contract and that makes people can only buy but they can't sell. The similar case happened with squid game cash token.

Pancake has no responsibility over this as the user should have done a research before try to buy any token from pancake swap. There are bunch of scam tokens issued in daily basis these days and you must be careful. You can ask people in here before try to buy any token from pancakeswap.
