Don't you think you should wait to hear back from support first? I understand you contacted them on live chat and they replied that they will contact you shortly. Have I misunderstood something? I am not saying it is impossible that the problem is on their part, but don't you think the scam accusation may have been a little hasty or excessive?
I don't know what is wrong with OP but just accusing online casinos because of slow deposit sounds weird. BTW, Stake is not the first casino he thinks it is a scam, probably lost his last money and is feeling bad..
People who lose their last money in the games will have a feeling bad and will complain instead of accepting his loss. The slowing deposit can happen to all casinos, especially if the network has high traffic to confirm the transaction, so maybe we need to have more patience and not rush. Hopefully, they can solve all cases with the right and all members can feel satisfied seeing their problem.
I suspect he's a child who is not willing to lose money but want to get money from gambling
