I lost my phone, and bought a new phone with new number. But when I try to login Aladdin pro wallet, it asks email and phone verification, which I currently have only email.
Likely it will ask for both email and phone number verification
But I do have passphrase/memoric phrase which is 8 sentences
This is not a seed phrase supported by BIP39 or Electrum.
So now when I try to add account on Aladdin wallet and put my passphrase, the ADD button under isn't clickable. what could be the problem? Can anyone help me please.
What passphrase? I am not using the wallet but I think you man password. Try to get access to your phone number for verification.
I still do not see a good reason why people should be using a custodial wallet, if you are able to access your coins, I will advice you to have full control over your coins, move all the coins to a noncustododial wallet like Electrum is better.
