And you should be disappointed, because everything is fine while you lose money, and when you make a significant gain, they immediately put you under a magnifying glass and look for a reason to block your account. Since they claim to have linked your account to someone else, did you perhaps give your ref link to a family member or friend? Or maybe you’re really using some VPN?

They have their profile on the forum and it is active, so you can send them a private message and draw their attention to your thread. Although judging by all the accusations against them, their reputation on the forum is unquestionably very bad and they are not trying to fix it. If you search this board with the keyword "NitrogenSports" (use the forum search option), you will get all the relevant results so some things will be clearer to you.

I will update the last conversations we had.

I was not using VPN, i was available to show them on skype that it was my Private IP not sure why they where claming i was using vpn.

Now i moved in a new country and logged from here as they required so they can check whatever they need to, but from 5 days the department still didnt answer me so im just waiting.
