This is a strange one to me and I stand to say, I'm getting knowledge of this claim for the very first time. Despite the fact that, we are crypto or bitcoin enthusiast/fanatics, it would be on the wrong as far as I can imagine it to expect of bitcoin  to be a solution to most of the ills in our world. Ills like mentioned in OP is one of those for which, bitcoin has got likely zero role to its resolution or I just don't see it. Bitcoin  is the future but then, its more about monetary and investment policies than a societal lifestyle. I think putting things point black would go a long way than making unrealistic claims just to promote bitcoin.
