The latter part of your post made me think your main goal was not to get an answer to your question but promote the project you either personally invested in or simply were paid to shill for. Hope, I am wrong. Anyway, to get an answer to your second question just look here https://ethgasstation.info/. The lowest commission to send ETH right now is more than 10$, to send an ERC20 token it will cost even more. Consequently, it appears pointless from an economical point of view to make 5$ transactions when the fee to send such a transaction is twice as much.

lol...dear friend, I am new to crypto. You can check out threads created by me earlier on this forum. I am not such genius or influencer that somebody will pay me to promote any project. Anyway, thank you, that you trusted me and guided that ETH fees are minimum $10 so to avoid it. I show that some crypto ( i will not mention name as somebody might think I am promoting that project
