It is ironic when Vitalik said high fees about BTC transaction fees but his team can't solve the ETH sending fee for ages. The ETH2.0 still can't solve the mentioned problem, maybe after a few months the full implementation of 2.0 will lower the required minimum fee and we will be able to enjoy low fee transactions.
