Violence and conflict can only be alleviated by cooperation and negotiation on international arguments, once these arguments do not find common ground of the concept of cooperation, negotiations will end and bring violence to come, sometimes as you say, many countries love war to prove their strength and erase their history of defeat, negotiating with them is only a way to increase conflict and create more reasons for war. Bitcoin does not stand as a judge or mediator on the negotiating table, it is only a tool in war and has no role to prevent due to its emotionless nature and no independent thinking
