I have an account at luckyfish but I'm not active player there. I did once deposit and withdraw long time ago. Today I checked my email and I found about the announcement of the closing that they sent 2 days ago as quoted below:
We are very sorry for the inconvenience of this, You may have realized that we haven't updated in a long time. For various reasons, we and our software provider are about to terminate the contract. We decided to launch our own software after 2-3 months, but before that, we have to close it for a while. We will stop the deposit and game after November 30th, and players can withdraw anytime.
Please note that nothing will change Your VIP level, Your affiliate, Your Balances Will stay the same.

Based on this email, we know that it will not be a complete closing as they will come back with their own software within 2-3 months. Although they say that balance and everything related to the account will stay the same when they do the relaunch, I believe it is better to withdraw the remaining balance first.
