Or will it be some secret BSv oracles meeting in unknown location together and decide the true legitimate governments in Ethiopia/Venezuela/Afghanistan? Like which court orders should be honored? From Taliban? From Venezuelan Maduro's governemnt or Juan Guaido's governemnt? From Belarus's Lukosheno's government or Tsikhanouskaya's government?
