Yeah, I saw that. But, have you read the user's explanation against it? The OP said, Yes He deposited a Thousand USD and got a deposit bonus. Since then, He didn't unlock a penny.
So, How the BC game can consider it abuse since he didn't unlock the bonus? About playing from the free spin and playing without deposit, The OP said, He had some family problem that's why he was unable to deposit for 1 month. He was playing with free spin and he expecting some commission from his 113+ Affiliates. If he got some nice commission from his affiliates, he doesn't need to deposit I guess.
