You are forgetting something. Another logical reason as to why 1xbit has issues disclosing their internal information is because it would be easier to take them down since there are several people ready to file lawsuits against them.
I do not wish anyone to have a case in court, but it is logical that if someone is sure of his arguments and evidence, and there is no possibility of agreement, he should fight on legal way. I would certainly do that. Maybe the fact that no one has done so yet proves that these people know that they have violated the rules?
Because for me they are all written according to some format, or simply out of habit by one person.

It's possible that what you say here is true. However, this doesn't in any way imply that all the newbies who are complaining against 1xbit are connected to the same account.
