im from Afghanistan and as far as i know there is no exchanges in Afghanistan  (only p2p exchange) but the trust is the issue, if people find out you own crypto they may get curious about it and do anything to get it from you! the best solution is to find someone do convert for him! you can can send him money via WU or sarafi (its kind of exchange in Afghanistan) but i dont think they will accept crypto as payment.
