It's either bricked due to manufacturing or you're messing up a letter/number. Not much we can do without seeing the private key ourselves. There's not much I can do in terms to make you trust me with it but I have compiled this community thread and have seen what's under the hologram on countless coins.
The Canary Threadits the former not the later, I can assure you. nothing is close to being a number or letter that could be misconstrued.
