Not only mentally prepared but also emotionally prepared because these two things would always be tied up when you are dealing on a market something like this and you would definitely able to realize that based up on your own experience. Dont rush up on any decisions you would make because this
isnt a race but rather a marathon which the winner would really be the ones who do able to sustain for long term and not just really having some
mindset that whatever comes first would be the winner.

Exactly,that's what almost made me sick ones,because I invested,putting all my mind on it,hoping it returns much profit,and at the end of the day I lose,with the huge amount of money I invested,it almost put me into depression.
So one thing about trading is never putting all your resources in it,invest the one you know you can afford to loose without it affecting you emotionally.
