I don't think there is a bad time buy bitcoin if you have the gut to HODL it for sometime. The best strategy to make good profit with bitcoin is just by HODLing. HODLing bitcoin for long-term is the best idea unless if you are doing day trading which is too risky if you don't a trading skills and experience. if you want to buy the dip and sell later, well now is a good time to buy.
