While 10,000$ can seem a small amount of money for you; for a lot of people this is a big amount (also for me), so I am also far away from reaching the bronze status yet. As you mention, the good thing on Stake is the 3x wager for sports betting and with some promotions (like double or triple winnings) it makes it really interesting than to bet on Stake.
Those who often play gambling almost every day and use more than $100 will reach $10k in a short time and they can get both 1000x and bronze VIP. The others seem to play gambling for a small amount and still do that because they do not expect to reach bronze VIP in a short time. They feel that playing gambling will not have to be serious because, in the end, they can reach bronze VIP or other high levels someday.
