If you have more than 5 hot video cards, or you use RTX 3080 and more powerful, then use a closed case, and install your mining farm in a different place.
My mining farm is on the balcony and it doesn't bother anyone.
This is an additional heater, and in summer it is very uncomfortable to be around. I use an air conditioner in the office.

How is keeping mining rigs in the balcony safe? Too much of dust and humidity won't kill the GPU? I thought so that's why I don't bother to put my rigs outside, maybe I will give it a try now cos the heat is kinda too much for me to handle, some times I have to fully open my door room

My balcony has double glazing.
Do not allow moisture to enter the mining farm. Cover windows with reflective tape or protect your mining farm from direct sunlight.
For fire safety, it is better to equip a place where there are no rapidly combustible materials: curtains, paper boxes with things, etc.
