No not yet. Main net just started 1 week ago.
Most of the new coins do now have Exchange and mobile-wallet from the start.
Sometimes you get the best rewards when coin is not yet listed to an exchange and thousands of other miners don't know about it yet.

Anyway it's worth of trying. Even low-spec PC can POP-mine BTCSQ.
