I make countless withdraw through Binance and I have never seen them send BTC or other cryptocurrencies to the wrong network is either the mistake is from your end because they did some update of their platform recently and like they said they can not recover the coins because BTC transactions are irreversible once it confirmed.
To get to the bottom of this, What is the network the transaction is sent to? Where's the tx ID?

Or else there's no way to find a solution to the issue.
