UEFA explained in a statement:

Well, I think it will be better like this! Home or away it will be the same, as it should be, goal is a goal home or away! And in case of the same number of goals, there will be extra time and penalties, as it should be... There will be no more calculations with goals, so I guess this will make some games more interesting!

PSG is playing crazy this season... they score a lot, but they also receive many goals! In too many games PSG was losing in the first half and then winning in the end!
