You have a great plan mate, I do think that we are yet at the logical bottom of the bear market, or should I say that we are just entering the bear season. If the time comes that it is already a perfect time to move your money to invest in crypto I believe that top tokens like bitcoin, ethereum, and binance were still a good choice to invest with. However, there are also some or many good altcoins like cardano, polkadot and others that was also good to invest with in this market downturn.

If you are sensitive with the market downfall, it's a good option not to execute anything. I mean, you can park your money inside your safe wallet and just continue to monitor if what the market will come up. When you already satisfied and see that there's a good opportunity to start dealing with your trade, that's the time to proceed.

It's wise to think clearer and not rushing things when playing with this kind of industry.
