I think you overlook Binance instead of Kucoin although they have a lot of similarities. But to make a comment as an FTX user and FTT holder. The main advantage of FTX to Kucoin is there leverage trading feature and they offer stocks from US stock market compared to Kucoin which has a very limited feature on leverage trading.

The Withdrawal Fee is very minimal difference since its just a one time process and no one here withdraw and deposit simultaneously when trading asset.
