Also since he is more or less keeping 80% of the income while investing nothing, what is to stop someone from doing exactly what he is but only keep lets say 50% of the income. Would that not just kill off the value of this company?

didn't he invested in his ability/energy/work done, etc? isn't the 80% for re-invesment?
