I will repeat this one more time: if the person was a victim of these scammers and has evidence then they should open a scam accusation, create a flag and leave negative feedback on the scammers account. I know few are DT members but you don't need to wait for DT member to leave negative feedback on the scammers account, if the scammers have a lot of negative feedbacks there will come a time when we just report this site to the admin that I think he will take action
That's true if you have valid accusations just create a post don't think it's useless because there are already many accusations even if it takes hundreds of accusations it will still matter, it will create a snowball, and time will come that they will be ban here or authorities will take action and pull them down if you have been scammed do what is right and do your responsibility, for future references and to warn newbies or those who do not know yet.
^ Tagged and Flagged is already enough to warn newbies or new gamblers to avoid them and deserve not to use them. But when you are talking about banning here, a forum there is nothing they can do about that matter as we all know moderating scams here did not allow. We can create multiple scam accusations and provide valid evidence, in that way, the more thread has been created the more people will be more aware and DT members will always be supported even if you are a newbie.
If I remember it right , one of the biggest scam site here in Forum in which "YOBIT" has been banned from having their signature banner here in forum , so yeah there is something the forum can do if all of these accusation proven and the site will be confirmed as Scammer then there might be some action to come.

I don't think that raising flag and putting negative trust for the account will still function here, looking at the OP's trust page with more than 20 Negative tags? do we really think that this will still matter ?
Also, many of these pages will be indexed by Google and other search engines, so it will help alert new and less experienced players as well.
Agree here , the search engine is one of the best tools to check how the site perform , and having more and more accusation will add warning to the new players and may prevent from entering that site.
