I think this way. OP is still very new here and should not start ringing the bordering bell of how to grow. What is OP growing for in the first place ? Yes it is good to grow but I think the right way to put the word can be "how to improve on the forum and not to grow" because that already sending a message of merit hunting. It is a gradual process of learning and with time and hard work you attract the things you want without begging for it, it is natural with life itself.
