Today I received an email that I need to pass the KYC during 14 days after the request from Fortunejack, otherwise my account will be terminated and all funds will be confiscated. I tried to login to my account after noticing this email but I cant login, is there something wrong here? Anyone facing login issue like me? Posting it here while waiting the answer from live support.
Does your account have a balance in it?
I know Fortunejack is now stricter rules so using some of the bonus codes that you get is closely monitored but all of them have to wait for an answer from support because this problem of course they will answer it.
So far I haven't experienced the same thing as you, but if there is a problem, even the chat support that I contacted directly, the account can still be logged in.
I also faced this issue so just because of this now my account is also suspended, and I am not able to withdraw any amount having contact with support now trying to pass KYC which is going to take time due to some my documents issue, so I am feeling I will lose my funds which I won from some free promotions. Hopefully after having my documents I will try to create new account and first thing is passing KYC because now it's must on many casinos and exchanges otherwise many members facing serious issues.
