Today I received an email that I need to pass the KYC during 14 days after the request from Fortunejack, otherwise my account will be terminated and all funds will be confiscated. I tried to login to my account after noticing this email but I cant login, is there something wrong here? Anyone facing login issue like me? Posting it here while waiting the answer from live support.
I'm guessing did you follow/claim the recent promotion and win? we know Fortunejack is always like that when a user wins a promotion then KYC will be applied
If indeed you do not claim anything and there is no balance there, then it is not difficult for you to make a choice leave and find another

I think Fortunejack is starting to follow other casinos requesting KYC for regulatory reasons.
