Today I received an email that I need to pass the KYC during 14 days after the request from Fortunejack, otherwise my account will be terminated and all funds will be confiscated. I tried to login to my account after noticing this email but I cant login, is there something wrong here? Anyone facing login issue like me? Yes I did claim the 500 free spins and requesting a withdrawal after that then they asked my to do KYC. It seems that my account is blocked, I have contacted live support as well as send an email because I cant login. If they give me 14 days to complete KYC, they should have not blocked my account until the given 14 days expired. Lets see how it goes, I have nothing to worry obviously. Just curious why I cant login while they ask me to do KYC.
