I saw some people had their cases solved almost immediately and me waiting so long, I really don’t understand. I believe I won’t see my money at all, but worst thing is i know nothing at all, they don’t want to explain me anything, security team is ignoring me and support team is writing me this:
it is most likely that their security team deemed your issue as closed. I've seen a lot of people complaining about 1xbit for months and don't really get a response or closure from 1xbit as to why their account was banned, their funds confiscated, or what rules they broke.
That's the hardest thing for gamblers to accept it is ok losing our money from our bet but losing it because we are accused of breaking the rules and cheating even though we think we are not, these people do not understand the feeling and the sentiment of their players, they just accused you of breaking rules and there's no explanation on their support, and they always do this they don't care about reputation, they solve some and they ignore many of they've scammed.
