I am writing this from October 25 on this forum, and they not responding or even answer something, and you are telling me here they are on Vacation from 30 december.


I just wrote that the official information that I found on Bitcointalk proves that the support team is inactive on the forum at the moment. You're just wasting your time if you wait for a response today. As I wrote earlier, you just have to wait a few more days.

Of course they would stop responding because they are scammers, they are happy to steal other people's money, they already have many complaints and the scammers doesn't show up to respond, I'll add another negative feedback to the scammer's account
